What's different about Flex fuel trucks?

Are the fuel lines stainless steel? Would be nice, considering the fuel lines rotted out on my 04.

What else is different?

Honestly I think it's just a tune in the computer to detect and adjust for the E85. Not sure if there's any mechanical difference.

I know they all/some have better fuel pumps according to the supercharger manufactures. If you have a flex fuel truck and put a supercharger in you can leave the pump alone, If you don't you need to add a supplemental pump.

That does make sense now that I think about it since you have to use more E85 fuel so it probably means more fuel pressure. I would say you're correct.

Some of the "rubber" lines are different and I believe they also have higher rate fuel injectors.

+1 on this, also the engine gaskets maybe made of a more durable material.
