New BDS lift now stabilitrack is coming on

My old truck had a blackbear tune. I need to be able to switch back to stock when going to the dealer. I actually don't think im going to keep the Intune. The 93 tune keeps the rpms around 2000 and it never feels like its in overdrive. When its stock at cruise its at 1000-1500 rpm.

Im and totally lost now because the dealer redid my alignment reset all steering and yaw sensors and my stabilitrack is still coming on in turns. I called BDS and they don't know either. I am super irritated that BDS claims their kit to work with stabilitrack which is false. They even admitted Im not the only one called with the same issue

I had a guy call me to fix his tune because of this but he never showed up. Didn't get to fix it.

Dealer reset my steering sensor Friday and I left for a 200 mile road trip to Wisconsin 200 miles round trip. No stabiltrack issues until Sunday night came on once then twice today. I went 2 day with no issues I was really hopeful. Its all left turns and I try to repeat the same driving style to repeat and it won't repeat. It is very random. Sometimes it has come on at very low speed so I don't get it.

I wonder if you have a bad ABS sensor or ABS connection on that wheel. I not sure if you can swap the sensor to see if the issue goes to the other wheel. I think you can or at least you could on the older trucks.

Something that was suggested earlier. It could be a sensor. I had that issue once on my 03 that was lifted and it was a front wheel sensor that was damaged during installation.

I asked the dealer when I was there last Friday and they told me if the sensor got damaged the service Stabilitrak or service ABS would come on.

Did you reprogram for the correct tire size?

I have a Diablo Intune and the tire size goes in 1/2" increments so I entered 34.5". My tires MFR's spec says 34.7. It was off by 3-4 mph when on highway at 75mph so I measured the tire height with the trucks weight using a level on top and they are 34" in rear and in front they are between 33.75 and 34. I lowered the Speedo to 34" and I compare with my Phones GPS app it is still off by 1-2mph.

Last week when I talked to BDS they finally admitted their have been a few other people with the same issue in the last couple months but they had 2015s. They think GM updated the stabilitrack to be more sensitive. I am the 1st with a 2014 to complain. They actually told me they really do not have any solutions now and I may need to get used to it. I told them its BS I spent over $50k on the truck another 4k on the lift and its not a simple thing I can just return. They asked me to send a video of when it comes on and they will keep their engineers working on it which I think they just figure I will forget it and go away. I am going to call them every week until its fixed. I would even drive the 4 hrs to their corporate if they had a confirmed fix.

If you are talking about the analog speedo, it is off from the factory. Program your cruise control to 70 and the speedo will read 72 or so. Annoying.

I hate all the computer shit they put in a new vehicle to drive for me. Pull fuse number 3 and you won't have stabilitrack or antilock issues anymore . It disables all that crap. I learned to drive long before that lawyer suggested garbage was designed.

You just have to cancel the service warnings when you start the truck each time.

_{I went off the digital speedo in the info center on the truck. When I programed the speedo to the Mfr Spec 34.7 the truck was reading 3-4mph faster than my phones gps.}

BDS believes it is not the BDS parts but the trucks programming which is what I was guessing after seeing other brands of lifts having stabilitrack issues in the past 6 months. BDS response : We’ve working on trying to find a solution, and I think we may have one for you. We believe that there isn’t a fault with the hard parts, but rather an issue with the factory programming of some of the truck’s electronics. We have a couple of parts in the process of being manufactured, but I won’t be able to get my hands on them for another two weeks. As soon as I can, I will get them on their way to you. If you can continue to be patient with this troubleshooting, we will be able to get your problem resolved.

Not sure how they can possibly fix it and change the trucks programming. I think I will have to live with it which I am pissed about. Guess I won't be keeping this truck as long as I thought.

Can't offer much help but I have a BDS 4" running 20x33's on a 2014 LTZ and haven't had any issues. Been running it for about 6 months. Was planning on going up to 35's when these tires need to be replaced, hope to not have any problems. Good luck with getting it figured out, always sucks when you spend all that money and end up with problems.
