Fault code 157 - O2 sensor Low voltage....

I'm getting the code 157 - bank 2 sensor 2 low voltage.

So is this the passenger side sensor after the Catalytic converter?

 

Low voltage means a bad sensor?

So just replace it?

It could be the sensor, the wiring or the cat.

 

What year? Is it an oil burner? How many miles?

 

I would look at the wiring, if its ok, I would replace the sensor and see what you get before suspecting the cat.

2004 Yukon-XL with about 215K miles and does not burn oil.

Wiring looks OK, so I'll replace the sensor.
