Speedometer not the same as DIC?

I've noticed recently that my speedo needle reads like 2-3 mph less than my DIC, what gives? Is this an isolated issue, or is it everyone?

Could it be due to parallax ?

Move your head more to the right and look directly at the speedo centered with your eyes. From your normal sitting position the angle of the speedo to your eyes make it look that way.

Nope not parallax. It is definitely 1 mph or so low in slow speeds. On my drive to work I get up to like 30 mph.

I just gave back a '15 Colorado for other reasons, but it was like that to. My Silverado seems to be on the money.
