Tail lights are going to look like the Yukon Denali tail lights. Saw a Yukon today and they look very similar. Except the Sierra lights will be bigger of course.

Anyone else feel betrayed? Screwed? I mean 14-15 owners (especially 14's like myself) basically equated to guinea pigs for GM engineers. They NEVER should have released these trucks w/ the amount of issues that are now well known and the fact they they KNEW they had these fairly significant changes in the pipeline.

I can't remember in the past 30 years GM changing the design this much right at the beginning of a trucks life cycle it really is BS.

The previous design was mostly the same w/ minor tweaks for 7 years, now us 14-15 owners basically got K2.5 trucks that WILL take a hit on resale vs. the '16+ versions

When I go to trade this sucker in (originally planned on keeping it 7 years since the "design" typically lasted 5-7 years historically - now gonna keep it 4-5 years max) my dealer better give me a good Fn deal.

My '07 silvy LTZ looked no different than a '13 - sure it had a 4 speed, but essentially the same truck - now I got a truck that only looks like what it is, a '14 and only a '14 - I got the bumper w/ no steps since it was an early AT model!!!

Is that why i seen a few all terrains with no steps? ive only seen maybe 2.

So will the All Terrain be a new trim or package like previous model years, based off SLE and SLT?

"...and the All Terrain will fit into that mix as the new entry-level trim, with a unique color-coded bumper and grille."

This site suggests it as a lower trim, which is enticing.

I think to the "non-enthusiast", the '15's and the '16's will look pretty similar, unless they're seen side by side.

It still looks like a GMC Sierra.

The big change in the grille, headlights and front bumper are in the '16 Silverado. It looks like a completely different truck.

And sle, the a/t will still just be a optional trim package,

According to the descriptions in GM's video, the one on the RH is the AT

No it's a big difference.

And honestly the Silverado looks a lot better than the new Sierra. Looks more aggressive. I like it a lot. The Sierra is ok at best. The inventor of that grill needs to be castrated. I'll give the headlights and bumper a pass. Not the grill.

Bro- the aesthetic DESIGN of those cars I mentioned do not F'n change in 1.5 years after a new release, never ever not once! You're ludicrous. Saying they shoehorn a twin turbo 5.5 V8 into the S class and slap mag badges on it doesn't have anything to do w/ the fact that it still looks basically the same inside and out- the sheet metal etc, you know exactly what I mean. I have a 2003 corvette, it's a a Z06- yeah there are "substantial mechanical tweaks" even from the 01 z06 through the 04 improving slightly each year, but guess what? My 03 Vette looks a helluvalot like the '97 c5 doesn't it?

Wanna talk about the S class? (One of my favorite cars all time and there's a reason they don't have to change it often) - chassis/sheet metal changes as follows: 91-99, 99-05, 05-14 - notice a trend here?

14/15's look better. Those look cheap and plastic like in the front. It's a big miss on gm's part imo

15's look more aggressive and tough (which I like) but these new ones do have a "different" but good modern looking front end. I still like my 15 better but I wouldn't turn away from one of these at all.
