Looking for the chrome piece down in the bumper around the tow hooks. My truck has the chrome package, but not this piece.

 

What is it called? A GM part?

That is because the truck pictured is a Denali. That is the lower grille i believe

The description of the part is "High Quality Plastic Chrome". To me Quality and Plastic Chrome don't go together.
