Interior piping

I think it looks great but would be better if you took a red fabric pen and colored your stitching red to match!!!! I just saw that on here the other day, looks insane!!!

I didn't do the piping on the sides, didn't like it - sooooo, I think that red stitching idea is a pretty darn good one and am going to try it out...

agree with red unless you are going to convert all of your interior led lights to blue like bc-chris did!

Well one things for sure, your blue interior lights look awesome, I'd probably do the gray tho still. I'm about to move back to Cali so I had the gray piping shipped there so it'll be a couple weeks til I get it put in

i'll talk to a buddy of mine who owns an upholstery shop in town and hopefully i'll be able to get something thru him

 

i don't mind paying a reasonable amount for shipping, but $36 is a bit steep

They are shipping priority mail that's why. This stuff is so lite they could ship 4 yards via First Class mail for less than half the price. JMO

did you only do the door? How did the green come out? From the link i found on eBay the green doesn't look to be a good looking green, which link did you buy from? and maybe a picture closer up so i could see the green!

I did the doors, center console, and around the vents. I can get more pictures, but the color is pretty close to what you see. Lime green.

I went a different route with my dash vents: I also did the radio surround, but I just can't get the console lid done. Way too tight. Any pointers?

Have you tried the freezer trick like one of the other members suggested? You would have a different lid than me, but it should slide right in after playing with it for a little bit, just have some patience and try approaching it at different angles. Sometimes the curved parts are easier to slide into and sometimes the straight parts, it's probably safe to say every truck is different but it's definitely possible! Good luck!! Looks good so far!!
