You can trim them where they meet the door sill. There is an indentation on the underside of the liners and the instructions show you where to cut them so your door sills are still exposed.

Yes - I apologize; I just finished reading through the entire thread. Thanks for the info though!

Had these for a while now, still love them, they keep the floors very clean and they don't attract dust dirt and they clean up very nice and they feel awesome un the feet. My weathertechs were never this "plush"

How about the missing material under the gas pedal? Has that been a massive issue or just slight annoyance?

Just ordered mine from my Chevy dealer, $209 out the door. Will install on Monday.

slight annoyance at best, very little gets under the pedal, most of the stuff is trapped in the center or more near the door, quick swipe of the vacuum all is good, I don't even notice its missing.

Jamerz, you won't regret your purchase these are some of the nicest floor liners/mats I have ever seen and they are thick and durable, much nicer than weather techs, only thing some guys want full coverage under pedal, once you try them you dont even notice, unless you spill lots of fluids.

I just got these and they are really nice. Screw up at the dealership, they ordered DC and I needed CC. Should have the mats for the rear tomorrow. I cut the sill plate out and it looks great.

Just received and installed the new GMC Floor Liners. I purchased mine from Abernethy Chevrolet on eBay for $167.88 total, no tax and free shipping. Nice rubbery feel. I like them. Big improvement over the original postage sized mats.

Looks good, I got mine put in tonight, really happy with them. I'm sure my kids will put them to the test.

for the guys that have the chevy/gmc mats - are you happy with the back seat floor mat (for the crew cabs)?

i'm not sure about the center seam and if i like that.

i'm likely getting the front mats sometime next week, but as i mentioned, not sure i like the seam in the back

I'm very happy with my rear GMC floor mats. The two sections fit together well and I really don't notice the seam.

Don't notice the seam. Spilled laundry soap in the back. Would have been a mess with the old mats but nothing on the carpet and easy to clean up.

Exactly....that's why I replaced the postage stamp sized rear mats that came in my truck....protection!

    • Do you remember that Harley Davidson was more successful (solvent) when it produced about 60% of the market demand (by design) and forced wait times of up to three years? Even when your turn came around it was, "Take what we are giving you or move to the back of the line and start over". HUGE markup's were 'normalized' and dealer killed. 40% markup and no floor plan? What's not to love? Greed will kill them yet. They have surplus production and customer base is tanking. And still they think nosebleed pricing will work.
    • The engine was done as part of the 6.2 recall?   You'd have to see if your VIN also has the 6.2 engine special coverage on it.  Coverage number is N252494003.  If you have this, your engine is covered under this and NOT the GM replacement part engine warranty which is 3yr/100k from the date of install.  The 3yr/100k mi warranty is in effect for non warranty purchases.     This is not any different if it was replaced under warranty without a recall or special coverage.  So if you had a 5.3 and it popped at 3 years in at 50,000mi during the 5yr/60k powertrain, the replacement engine would not get the 3yr/100k, and instead gets the remainder of the 5yr/60k as coverage.     So N252494003 gives 10 years or 150,000mi of coverage, which ever comes first, starting at the vehicle in service date.  So if your in service date is 01/01/2022, N252494003 gives you special coverage of the engine until 01/01/2032 or 150,000mi, whichever comes first.  So if your start date was 01/01/2022, you'd have left 5 years and 4 months (lets round to august 1st), or 62,000mi left of coverage.   So you need to know your in service date to know how much coverage is left.
    • Okiee dokie there bud, way to take things to the extreme.   I guess you missed the whole point and take things way to serious. I installed different EV6 style injectors that just so happen to be larger in my car running the same LQ4 engine and with a better spray pattern than the stock style injectors and I noticed no difference in the idle quality. Kinda was my round about way of saying that even if you put the same size but better style injectors in your truck, you will likely see the same thing.    I'm sure you're great to have conversations with in person if that's how you act through a keyboard. One little things sets you off and now I guess my dick is all up in your face.
    • I can't believe that could possibly be the case. It should be 36mo/100k miles from installation. Then again, it also seems like since a dealership installed it, it'd all be in the system and you wouldn't need to worry about registering, either. Shows you what I know. 😄 Hope this one outlives the warranty!
