OEM Mud Guards - Part Numbers?

I had a '15 Sierra SLE that came with the mud guards on it. I traded that truck for a '15 Silverado that does not have the mud guards.

I've looked at a couple of the parts sites, and it seems that there are different part numbers for the front set and the rear set. Also, I can't seem to find a set for the rear that don't have the bowtie or something molded into them - I'd like the plain black ones all around.

Does any know if there are plain black available for all four corners? Or, just the front? Also, will the front ones fit the rear? I'm guessing not as that would be too simple a way to get the plain ones all around. The part numbers that I have found show 23387353 for the rear and 229894857 for the front. The first set has the bowtie and the second set does not. The photos for each show very different views, so I can't tell if they might actually be the same thing in terms of overall size, shape, and mounting.

I've also found some info stating that a special tool is required to install the rear set - anyone know what this is all about?

I don't recall the ones on the Sierra having a logo - did I just miss it? Or, are they different guards altogether because of the plastic trim around the wheel well?

Any insight into the special tool needed to install the rear guards and would that apply to non-OEM ones as well?

Thanks.

Anyone know if the aftermarket mud guards also use rivnuts for the rear guards?

Also, are the rivnuts "accessible enough" from whatever guard vendor that they can be installed with the long bolt and nut method to get the rivnut to start to 'squish'?
