Wiring issue??

Ok guys question. 1998 Silverado 1500, oil pressure gauge and fuel gauge have, a "twitch". I am assuming it's a ground problem, but I figured I'd ask first in case it's a common issue and someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

I maybe wrong but a suggestion is replace the step down gauges. I refer you to youtube gages replacement.
