2" leveling kit (bottom mount)

I have a 2" bottom mount leveling kit that has just been sitting in my garage. Was used for around 2,000 miles. It was on my 2014 sierra but I believe this will fit any '08 and up 1500. Asking $40 shipped.

what type of LCA's do these go to? Aluminum, Cast, or stamped steel?
