One-Piece Front Floor Liner

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know besides WeatherTech who makes a one-piece over-the-hump front floor liner? Any feedback on the one-piece by WeatherTech? I've read a lot of threads and it seems most people complain about the tray style but I'm not interested in any of those (GM, Husky, WT, etc). My 14 LT has the carpeted hump and not the continuous center console up to the dash like all the other lines so I haven't found much feedback on a one-piece. Thanks.

I have the one piece Weathertech mats in the front and rear, and love them! I had initially purchased the two piece front mats and had issues with them not fitting well. They would curl up and not sit as well as they had in previous vehicles. I love the one piece though; no issues at all.

Don't know - but I will say I did not cover the hump in my 2007.5 and in 10 years the hump still looked new. Did have Weathertech's just no hump coverage other than what it covers at the base.

I've got the WeatherTech in my Denali and I love it. It fits great and has kept untold amounts of junk off of my carpet. It has a slight texture to it that looks good for being rubber.

Did not know that you could get a Denali without the floor console. Unique truck? Or special order?

Would you happen to have the factory 2nd row underseat storage? Did you get the half mat or full mat in 2nd row? if so could you attach pics of fit in front and side near storage box.

I have also asked in another posting

Good observation! My dealer has a couple of SLE's with cloth seats and full center consoles on the lot. I once thought the "bench" seat was reserved for the lower trim models. The extra seating capability is always my preference!

I don't have the underseat storage, but I have the Kicker sub, which sticks out about the same. I have the full-sized rear mats and had the sub installed on top of it. I don't see why you couldn't do this with the underseat storage - If you plan on taking it out at times.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I just ordered front and rear. Previous owner put in underseat storage. In other threads, people have said the bigger liner is a pain to get in and out with the storage so I opted for the shorter rear liner. The rear isn't as important to me anyway.

Some have said the liners have a chemical, possibly noxious rubber smell? Has anyone experienced this and if so, did you treat/clean it with something before installing? My truck sits and bakes all day. I don't want it to smell like I have a bunch of new tires stacked inside it.

I don't recall my mats smelling at all. If they do have a slight oder, just leave them outside for a day or so and it should help. But again, I didn't have any issue and put them into my truck right away.

I have single piece weather tech in my regular cab. It's perfect

Could you provide pics of the fit in front and side view of short rear mat up against factory storage box? That is when you get them delivered.

Thanks for that picture! I just finished installing my kicker and was not sure if I had to cut the liner. Installed on top of liner and fits perfectly!
