Weathertech mats

Hey everyone! I just recently purchased a 2017 gmc Sierra ccsb. I plan on ordering some new mats for the truck and weathertech is the one. The question I have is in the rear I have the underseat storage box and wanted to know if it will work with the full mat or do I need to order the half mat due to me having the box under the seat.

Don't rule out the husky mats. Weathertech's QC has gone downhill lately. If I had to do it again, I'd have the Huskys.

I have huskys in the fronts and weathertechs in the rear. I ditched my weathertechs for the front because they slid around too much and channeled all the mud and water onto the door sill. As cbrsilv15 said, the weathertechs quality seems to have gone downhill. They warp more and dont fit like a glove. Go with Husky X-Act contours.

My 2017 CCSB Weather-Techs fit fine and tight. Have cleaned them 3 or 4 times already - easy to get out - secure to snap back in...... See them installed at post #93 here:

Couldn't agree more. I actually compared the thickness of the wt liners purchased back in 2008 for my wife's enclave to ones I bought some months ago for my 2016 sierra.

Wt denies it, but take calipers to the material thickness between the two and the results speak for themselves.

Also, the material formulation has clearly changed.

The newer ones warp, don't fit snugly and don't meet up to the quality they had in 2008.

Will be replacing soon. Regret this purchase. Had them for my 2007 sierra, and they were great as well.

Another fine product that faded into the sunset imo.

I also wish that I hadn't gone with the weathertech fronts, I had to take a heat gun to reshape them to fit. No real problems with the rear full mat and my Duha storage though.

I have the full sized Weathertech mats in the front and rear and love them. I have my new Kicker sub on top of the rear mat with no issue, so I'd guess the storage box would be no different. I love my Weathertechs.

Husky liners, less expensive and better quality. American made for a Mexican/American truck!!!'

I have the Aries mats. They're a different type of material...They call it thermoplastic rubber. Check them out. They fit well and seem to do the trick. I haven't had a 4yr old throw up a red 96oz big gulp on my floors yet, but my weekend plans might get something spilled on them if I'm lucky. Were better priced too.

The truck has the GMC oem all weather mats but I'm not really a fan of these. I had weathertech in my 2013 f150 crew cab that I traded in and the fit and finish with them were perfect. They looked new even after being in the truck for 3 yrs that I owned it. Now I have to decide between the weathertechs or the huskys. Yall are making this hard for me lol

We had the "laser cut" weather techs in the front of our suburban after a while they get warped and become more of a pain in the ass. I replaced them once with another set up front wondering if we did something wrong or didn't take good care of them and it happened again. The next time we ordered the rubber (and much cheaper) version from weather tech for the front and are super happy with them. I will also say I have the rear seat weather techs in both our suburban and the silverado I think it's great in the rear for full coverage and have experienced no movement or warping
