tow mirrors on ebay

For those wanting to obtain power, pin #41 at the door jamb is the circuit for Turn Signal. Pin # 9 is the Cargo Lamp and Pin # 11 is the Park Lamp. Pin # 2 is Ground.

 

Here is a photo that shows this.

 

 

If you have a 2014 truck, you'll most likely have Pin 41 but not 9 and 11 at the door jamb going inside the cabin. This is where the RZY Jumper Harness comes into play. It has the terminals pre-crimped so that you can insert them into the empty cavities at the door jamb. The other ends go to different destinations. Park lamp goes through the firewall and into the X50A Fuseblock while the Cargo Lamp stays in the cabin and lands into the X61A Junction Box. X61A is the black box next to the E-Brake.

 

I can provide the terminal part #s for those of you that want to wire these up on your and keep it as Factory as you can.

 

X500/X600 - Door Side

X51L Fuse Panel / X61A Junction Box / X50A Under Hood - Fuse Block

Part # 13849929-L (Cargo Lamp and Park Lamp)

 

BCM - X4/X5 - Turn Signals (If missing pin 41)

Part # SNAC-A061T-M2.8

 

X510/X610 - If you want to pin the 18-pin mirror connector.

Part # SNAC3W-A021T-0.64

 

On the mirror connector itself, Pin # 1 is the Park Lamp, Pin # 2 is the Cargo Lamp, Pin # 13 is the Turn Signal.

Did your backup light work with this?

Yes they did work. Just tie into the brown bcm wire for the reverse wire.

The running lights I had to run wires to my parking lamp in the fuse box under the hood with fuse piggy backs. Sorry I took so long to respond to your response from my 1st post.

Lights came today, gotta try to get them installed one day after work. By this post and the other one I’m sure I can figure out all the wiring. Just really gotta tap into 4 wires from the sound of it.

just an fyi i have the ebay mirrors with the 2 plugs and my amber running lights are already going out after about 4 months

Well got them mounted and started messing with the wiring, got it close but the signal comes on when I brake but the blinker still works lol. Still need to figure of the clearance lights as well. Good thing I’m off tomorrow haha

Ill let you know. I pulled up some pictures off the GM Outfitter that shows the wiring schematic so I have a pretty good idea on where I need to tap in the wires.

Pgamboa’s harness should fix any of the incorrect wiring. If they’re coming on when you hit the brakes, what else is might be wrong too.

Yeah just dont think its worth the money IMO, I just started after work and didnt have much time and was going off a previous post. I dont need to to look OEM as far as wiring, just need to find the correct wire to tap into which I believe I did so a little more trial and error tomorrow.

Exactly what you said. I don't really want to spend as much on a harness as I do on mirrors. Doesn't seem worth it to me.

If I understand correctly if you use the plug and play harness on these power adjustment and heat will work but, not any lighting? I.E. if I don't care about the lighting the mirrors are plug and play?
