New 1500 2LT Z71!

I just traded in my 2015 Silverado for a 2017 Silverado 1500 4x4 2LT Z71 with bucket seats and leather. I got the dealer to swap over my 22" wheels and tires, flowmaster dual exhaust, and undercover tonneau cover too! I've already bought some goodies for the new truck: volant CAI, airaid spacer, twin qtp electric exhaust cutouts with remotes, two undercover swingcase toolboxes, 6" chrome steps, black bow ties, and a spray in bedliner. Limo tint on Monday, too! I get the truck Thursday after the leather is instslled. Awesome!!

I had one on my 99 5.3. It was kind of a pain to install, mostly because it spaces out the intake tube so far it hit the fan shroud, and I had to trim it back about half an inch. As far as performance, I think it helped a little, best part was that it made a pretty cool whistling noise under heavy acceleration, so I am sure that it was swirling the air into the throttle body as designed. Have not installed one since.
