2003 Chevy Silverado 6.0 4wd 2500hd

Good afternoon!

 

Just had a 4L80e tranny rebuilt, rebuilt transfer case, front yoke, torque converter, cooler add-on, radiator, u-joint.

 

I am now receiving codes p1860, p1626, p0753,p0758. Shop is telling me I have a loose connection to the pink power wire but a second opinion is telling me that the wrong wiring harness may have been used... We never had any of these codes previously and now that the work is done we are having issues. 

 

It'll run fine and then upon restarting it won't shift out of first gear. I remove and replace the relay under hood and it begins to work again.
