Thanks for all the replies and pictures.  Definitely lots to consider.

The 275/65/20 is about $60 cheaper than a 295/60/20 in the Nitto TG G2.  For that reason alone, it's a contender.

It’s also thinner tire.. keep that in mind too.

+2 ?  Level, spacers?  You lost me!

I was measuring +2 inches. Just looking at the offset difference.. plus 1/4” of wheel thickness. I’m deep into my fender liner.

True...but, it's still wider than the stock tire.  And I believe the Super Duty trucks come stock with that size - or at least some of them do.

Found this one that gives a pretty good idea of the look, maybe it's someone here on the forum:

Stock 20” size for the HD is 265/60-20

Either way it will all fit

275/65/20 will need no less than a +18 offset to clear.  The +1 will not clear a 275/65/20 without some trimming.

Just make sure the wheels are load rated...

Good point  - they're rated at 3700# by the manufacturer.  Should be be a non-issue.

Still a work in progress...a good friend of mine works at Discount Tire.  He's putting together a quote for me on Monday, hopefully I'll be able to get everything ordered then.

In the meantime, I need to get my keys adjusted to get a little more height out of the front end.  I'll make sure I get some pictures posted once everything is done!

Make sure you watch your cv angles. 6c7e21c89b1f496bd549b3e0d1ec68cf.jpg

Not the best picture angle, but I was told that the rubber ribs shouldn’t touch each other for best angles.8cb8e5c26f5581c56e0190d16eb09e42.jpg

That's a good point.  I won't be planning to go much more than 2" at most up front.  I don't want to completely eliminate the rake, but I certainly don't want to keep 3.5" of rake either.

I'm thinking at the same time I'll replace my Rancho shocks with either Bilstein or Fox shocks.  My 1500 had a leaky Rancho and to be honest, I don't love how they perform on the 2500 either.  We'll see.  Things like this start to get real expensive real quick.
