I plan on doing a build like that on mine in the future! Truck looks great can’t wait to see more of the progress as it goes

Do we need to start a overland section, and do we all just become best friends. Lol

Been doing the same thing myself.  This is where Im at. Looking for a decent 50" LED curved bar that wont break the bank w/ mounts if anyone has any suggestions.  Also been looking at the are ascend roof rack, but its pricey.

Not sure of the quality . There is 50” curved light made by Rough Country. With brackets it’s around $350-375. Still new to this not sure how to submit a link.

Still trying to decide what to do with mine.  The only sponsor I have (wife) is hit or miss lol.

Fortunatley mine wants to build a Jeep. We are doing that after we are done with the truck.

Anyone in Houston want to help build a bed rack like the one below. I found this rendering on a you tube video.

We are just starting to get into overlanding here also. SO far have the truck and not much else. I am the sponsor along with the wife so it'll be a slow build . Try this site out, lots of good stuff there. https://www.overlandbound.com/

I really don't like the term overland on simple builds, seems silly to me. Either way here is my setup. Only had the truck 3 months or so, so still basic. I had the aluminum rack built locally.

It's builds like this, that make me wish I hadn't bought a High Country. Some days I wish I had bought a Regular cab long box fully loaded instead. Rigs look good guys...

Off topic, sure.  But next weekend we are headed up to a state park in MS, and the skeeters will be out for blood.   We rented a cabin but the boys want to truck camp.  Any safe/effective products out there best for keeping them (mosquitoes, not the boys) out of the camper shell so we can camp with the shell/tailgate open?

Skeeters are attracted to CO2. Dry ice in a styrofoam cooler with holes in the lid placed 10 yards or so is supposed to attract them to it instead of you. Not sure how well it actually works.
