I wont drive it until i can fix the issue of the control arms hitting the droop stop and also the issue of them hitting the coil

Lower it and youll be fine or get a lift with a drop bracket.

Im thinking of removing the lower 1” spacer and cutting the droop stop
Would cutting the droop stop hurt anything?

Not really but thats the wrong way and you will run into problems down the road

One question
How would aftermarket control arms differ from stock ones to clear droop stop and not hit the coil? Do they have an angle built into them? And do they have a bigger radius cut into them
So that they clear the coil ?

The 1" spacer removal will just be a bandaid for a few months until your cvs or balljoints or tie rods go to hell

Post a before and after picture here before you go cutting your droop stops. The problem is your lifting it too high. These trucks can really only take 2-2.5” or so of lift before the droop stops become a problem. Aftermarket control arms help slightly but only so much. The spindle helps more, but you can’t run a 3” spindle plus 3.5” of spacers. Get rid of the spacers and see how everything looks with just the spindle. But again post pics and we can help you more

Just the spindle might be ok because of the diff drop. Anynore than that youre asking for trouble

I agree with everything you have just said

You have 6.5" of lift on this setup!? If you really do there's your issue, thats entirely too much lift for those methods.
