Seat stitching dye

Has anyone done it ? Was thinking of doing the seat stitching in red . Has anyone done it ? If so what have you used ? And any pics ?

There were a few threads on this subject when these trucks first came out. Basically take a red sharpie and go to town.

So you just used a Sharpie? What happens if you get the ink on the leather? I really like the look. What happens if your pants are damp, you think it would transfer from stitching to clothing? Either way, looks great ?

I used a fabric marker , You will get it on the leather but it wipes off, what I did was apply a very thick layer of it let it soak for about 5 minutes and then wipe excess off , I wiped w a wet rag and it came right off the leather , I bought 2 markers but it can be done w 1 . So I applied it twice .
