Custom Trail Boss Storage?

So hopefully ill be ordering my Custom trail boss crew cab this week, and I had a question about storage. Last week I went to test drive a trail boss LT (they had no Custom trims on the lot) That's fine, I just wanted a feel for the size of the vehicle and seeing one up close. But I was wondering about storage space. Seeing as the Custom is a bench seat, Is there any form of storage in the center arm rest or below the arm rest in the center bench seat? I only ask because I saw a dealer youtube video where there wasn't a storage bin in the center front seat. Can anyone confirm this? Also, does the center arm rest have a storage compartment?

Picked up my new Custom Trail Boss last weekend, there is no storage in the center armrest or below it.

They even eliminated the under seat bin? Damn. I love Chevy and I want a Custom Trail Boss but the decontenting of these new trucks kills me.

Just got my 2020. Agree it seems odd not to be able to open the big armrest, but hey THIS IS THE BEST TRUCK I HAVE EVER DRIVEN, period! And I’m 60 years old. With the 5.3L V8, it’s freaking awesome.

Just picked up my 2020 Trail Boss and concur. Storage Sucks. 

I'm ordering a Weathertech under rear seat box PN WT4S005. 

I did see on another post where for 2019, the bench seat "back" has a replacement part that has a lid. 

Looks like exactly the same part for 2020  but part 84756948. Can't find it anywhere for sale

I've looked for a floor Console, but can't seem to find one that looks right to me yet

Anyone finds an option for that, let us know.

I did add the "Go Go" front floor console. Works well and was cheap.

For what it's worth, if you get the 2.7L turbo, the custom has the armrest storage by default but does not have the under seat storage

custom TB just has lift and tires.....you can get an LT or RST Z71 and buy the lift from ebay or chevy for 1k, put wheels on of your own choice...you now have a LT TB.....obviously it would have to be cost effective

 

and have seen lots of great deals on LT TB lately as well.....

 

when I bought mine this was for sure the better option..

I've had this close to a year, and still am happy with it. 

The canvas style unit velcros together, is fairly rigid, fits the "hump" space perfectly, and is low profile /stable in its position.
