Same on my 19 Denali.  It fixed itself.....3k miles.

Same issue here.  Dealer tried updating software and now radio is dead. Wtf.  Only 1809 miles.  In loaner now,, confidence is not high.  Blue screen happened 2xs.. dealer advised that they unhooked battery and will let vehicle sit for the night and in hopes this has some magical affect and corrects the issue.

Anyone know where this cable is coming loose at and how to get to it? When in reverse and I touch the brakes the screen will flicker, it's only given me the blue screen error once and then went back to normal.

Mine started doing this today.

 

Screen went black then the message came up. It came back on its own and then the backup guide lines were gone. WTF.

 

Any definite fix yet?

I took my truck in and they said it was probably updating during the time that I had the issues. So far so good. Will report if this happens again.

No way mine was updating since I wasn't anywhere near my WiFi at home and mine is a Custom so no OnStar or any sort of Satellite connection.

Yea I think they told me what they did so that I'd go away. Will definitely take it back if this happens again. This what you're getting below?

Yup same exact thing except my screen was black. It came back up within seconds but the lines were gone. Done this twice now.

 

So tired of the issues with this system.

I only have one line in the middle when backing up. Can't remember if it had two before the blue screen of death appeared.

I always get lines when backing up while pressing the brakes. Happened since day one. This is new.

Dealer attempted update on mine, it failed, they replaced radio module, reprogrammed and updated,  no additional issue so far,,except for a few more grey hairs.

Happening to me as well! Only 709 miles on the car. It was first the blue screen and I tried to restart the car to get it to go away and it didn’t. Now it looks like this
