Iphone fails to connect to Bluetooth after a few weeks.

iPhone  xsmax won’t connect back to radio on at4, it will work for about a week or so.  Then I have to delete from profile and pair again.  I have paired about 3 times in a period of 5 weeks. Any suggestions.

I have the same issue.  I just plug in to use Carplay.

Did you try just cycling the power on the phone?

iPhone XS here with the same issue. Deleted and paired mine today for the 4th time since purchasing it Jan 26th.

So this just happened to me with my RST. 

 

iPhone XS has worked flawlessly with myChevrolet for a month since I got the truck. Today, I had been using it for about 30 min. I left the truck running, went into the house and came back out. Drove down the road and it started skipping on the song I was playing. 

 

Then the phone just totally disconnected. Now it won’t reconnect at all. I did a hard restart on the phone and restarted the truck. Nada. 

 

It shows “myChevrolet” maybe every 7 times I try to re-pair it. Forgot the device on the truck and phone and even reset the infotainment radio. Still won’t show up on my iPhone or connect.

 

Very weird, as it was connected fine and then just dropped!?

Follow up... I was out of the truck about an hour. Restarted it and it connected right to my iPhone with all the settings saved. Very odd.
