interesting, seen multiple peeps complain about AC on them, random issue i guess

I wanted a Ram. After renting a 2020 with weak ac, and then going online and seeing 100s of pages of ram owners complaing about weak ac, and then riding in another Ram I was scared of buying a new truck and having a weak ac. So that's the biggest reason I passed on it as I work in construction out in the heat in NC. I think they have a fix for the problem now that involves taking whole dash apart, and new ones built in last couple of months have good ac.

if you go into the HPTuners software , there is a section for the AC controls, should be able to activate the electric fans earlier to cool the condenser faster

this is also another hack way to activate the cooling fans to drop engine temps if your ecu fans tables are super high like on stock trucks

The OP could very well just have leaking system as like many others have for the last almost decade now with this design. Issues with the condenser, lines to it and even compressors have all shown a trend of going bad with lower miles. My truck has only 44k but is almost 8 years old now and have had all the items i listed above replaced. 25 prior years of gm trucks i never had an issue with the ac/system.
