Did you get it off without damaging the grille? I'd like to remove mine.

I did get it off without damaging the grille, However I broke one of the clips on the bracket that holds the badge onto the grille. I was nervous I was going to break the grille through. According to another member on here, I was lucky I didn't break the grille. The bracket that holds the badge supposedly can be removed from the grille also, but I didn't want to fool with it anymore and break anything else. I just pried it off with a plastic trim tool I bought at advanced auto parts.

I just received the correct grill emblem in the mail. All I can say is WOW! $70 for that little piece of plastic? Highway robbery.

That being said I’ll have it installed this weekend.

cant stand the crappy chrome Z71 stuck on the fender
