OK, I went to my local dealer who has the best parts guy I have ever worked with. We both agreed this emblem will not fit the LTZ grill. He spent 20 min trying to find one for the 19 LTZ and came up empty.

He said check back in a month and see if one has been released.

I hate that Tom

Hopefully, they will release one that will fit the LTZ Grille.

Finally put one of these on my RST yesterday. My wife got it for me for my birthday. Lol. She was quite confused how something so little, adding little value to the truck, would cost so much. ?

Love the look, though! ??

You can make it work have it on my 19 LTZ just need to do some trimming to the z71 piece that goes on the back to make it fit

Sweet!  Elaborate please?  Are you saying the backer piece that clips into the emblem from the backside has to be trimmed and not the emblem itself?

Just snap the Z71 piece into the other piece, then hold the back piece behind the grille with your hand. Then with your other hand snap the Z71 piece ( 2 pieces already snapped together ) into the piece behind the grille.

They do not come with instructions.

See, how you would hold the back piece in?

Then take the Z71 emblem, already snapped in place to the other piece and snap it on thru back piece held by your hand.20190802_160011.thumb.jpg.2360e632792dd0317383e6c1ae00a3cc.jpg

Awesome, thx for the info I have been sitting on mine since I bought the truck but was waiting for the right weather to take the grill out but you have just saved me the effort.

Thank you!  I wasn't sure if the front side would seat into the grille properly on the LTZs.

Is the emblem itself slotted properly to fit over these two vertical ribs?

basically the emblem snaps into the middle piece and it sits in between those two bars and you have to trim the far back piece to fit so it has enough room to come forward and snap into the front two all together
