Shudder?

Is this the trans shudder? At 55 to 60 mph feels like it will vibrate 4 or 5 times every 15 or 20 seconds and the tach will move up and down 100 to 200 rpm every 5 to 7 seconds. I have a 18 6.2 8spd 7500 miles. I only drive 3 miles to and from work so it barley has time to get warm. Well yesterday day I drove 60 miles to go fishing and this started on the way home. I have had the 1 2 shift flare and it’s been slow to downshift back to 1st when coming to a stop sign for a while. I’ve taken it to the dealership twice for those problems but the say everything is in spec( big surprise ). I have not called the dealership yet but last time they were 6 weeks behind on transmission checks. I need drive it long enough to hit and get a video of the tach moving if it will do it again.

Mine started doing this too. 28k miles. Haven't taken it in yet.

Based on mileage the check list change. But yes that is shuttering. I would say drive train vibration but when you added the rpm that is shuttering.

Recalibration and check fuild is a state.

Also there is nothing ever as "in spec" as there us a adaptive table that compensates for the trans.

Oh I would see if you have all updates and new fluid update.

Truck was built 8-18. I had it to the dealership twice for trans and an alignment and for free oil change an trans. Nothing on the paperwork about any updates but it still could have been done. It doesn’t feel like a drivetrain vibration problem.

My '18 High Country with 6.2 8-Speed had issues at 700 miles and it was shudder. So it can happen at low miles. I have about 5k on it now and since the flush its been fine.

56k miles and mine just started. It's been getting worse over the last two weeks. I have an appt next week to check it out. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
