Will my 2013 HD wheels (studs) bolt up to my 2020 HD?

They will bolt up but the sensors will need to be replaced.

Take them out of the old wheels, put them into the new wheels.

Or check the old sensors for the mhz rating. Usually 433mhz or 315mhz (i havent seen any other). If possible you can see if americas tire can program them to the new truck?

New trucks use 433mhz sensors so you will have to switch to those on the old body wheels.  Wheels will fit.

That won’t work, they need the new sensors.  I just went through this.   Oh wait, I read your response wrong.  Take the sensors out of your 2020 OEM wheels and put them in your older 2013 wheels,  That will work unless, like me, you keep the OEM wheels for winter use.

I purchased the sensor package from GM , all 4.  The part # is 84413357.  $34.00 each.

I swap out the wheels/tires every fall/spring and have a TPMS tuner to set sensors each time. Thanks for help

Did you try just rolling the older wheel assembly next to the truck and see if they would sync during the relearn mode?
