Added grille overlays to cover the black chrome. I was hesitant, but I am actually very impressed with the quality and how they fit the grille. Also painted the fog light surrounds and tinted the fog lights. Thinking I may need to change up the color on the GMC badge to red... thoughts?

 

 

I like that grill. Details please. I like the black chrome that comes stock though.

No worries. I like that you can easily go back to stock if you wanted to. Attaches with 3M two sided tape, but fits really nicely.

Installed the Boost Auto 6Hi mod. Works. Will come in handy in this deer infested area that I live in.

Just installed Bilstein 5100's all the way around. Had them set to +1.1" in the front. Still need to put a few miles on them to get the true feel for them, but the ride seems much better. I also swapped out the 2" block in the back for a 1" so it is sitting much more level. I will get some pictures up tomorrow.

Did you have to change your shackle bolts when you put the shorter block in? Where you pick the 1" block from?

I was able to re-use the factory U bolts with the shorter block. I picked up the 1" block from ebay, but it is made by supreme suspensions. https://www.ebay.com/itm/282178911788

Yes. Also turns the fogs on. Now, it still acts stock too. So, if you manually turn your fogs on, the intellibeam does not function.

Thanks!  So your fogs are always on when brights are on,  and when brights are not on the fogs are still controlled by the fog button switch.

Correct. If you leave the fogs off and turn on the brights(with or without intellibeam) the fogs come on with the brights and go off with the brights. If you turn the fogs on before the brights, intellibeam doesn’t work just like stock but the fogs stay on with the brights.

Man. That reads confusing. Best $20 mod for the truck though. And easy.
