Leaks around overhead light panel

I have experienced some leaking around my overhead light panel during a heavy rain storm. The water dripped onto my center console and has stained the headliner. Any ideas on how to fix? It's a 2016 Silverado LTZ 2500HD Z71 package with 70k miles.

Shark fin is leaking.  Youtube it.  Takes about 10 min to fix with some clear rtv.

Thanks for the tip. 

Because I have the added cab lights on the roof, I keep looking to those as a source of the leak. I guess I'll put a little sealant around those too and I cannot seem to find a way to remove them and seal underneath them.

You can silicone around those too.  I'll be doing that and replacing my shark fin antenna on my 08.

And tighten the screws screws down for the lights, not SUPER tight but snug.
