that’s cool, haven’t heard of those before.  What kind of drop do you get with those?

and you’re replacing the 5100’s with what? And how come?

I too am looking into doing a rear drop with shackles and more than likely replacing the OEM Ranchos.   Hoping 3” drop levels me out in the front to back.  The lowering thread is like 200 pages long. Still got like 80 pages to go

They are an offroad racing company, Iowa's expecting a 1/2" to 3/4" drop but it seems to be the same ride height. These are designed for my suspension travel. Run about $180 bucks for the pair.

Got finished up after a lunch break, very smooth ride and about a 1/2" lower in the rear. Rear still measures a 1/2" higher than the front.

what do shackles do? (im not a car guy)..

They attach your leaf springs to the frame, coming in different sizes, so you can raise or lower the rear of the truck.

Main function is they articulate back and forth, and up and down so the spring pack can move freely without being fixed to the frame.

The yellow part in the video is the shackle.

Just got 2.5 Kings and dirt king UCA's for my truck. Been contemplating what to do on the rear. What shocks are you running?
