Cocoa Dune Interior

Hello all - need your help.  Looking t buying a 2018 Silverado with the  Tan/Cocoa dune interior colors. Was informed that the blue jeans mess up these leather seats if worn all the time. I am a blue jean wearing person.

With this said will the blue jean blue mess up the Cocoa dune seats going in and out?

Any Input to help me decide today or early Monday morning.

What color are you wearing?

Mine are all the prewashed, light blue color. Not the deep, dark blue denim of the old days. They don't transfer anything.

Blue in color and they do look dark not light.  The jeans like you buy at JC Penny, walmart etc.

I've got a 2015 Sierra SLT with Cocoa Dune interior, and at times over the years I've occasionally noticed a very slight amount of  blue on the edge of my seat from wearing jeans.  When this happens I clean the seats and I've always been able to get the blue off. I haven't noticed it happening it in a while, so maybe that was when most of my jeans were new. I think my seats look pretty good considering it's a 2015, and If I had to do it over again, I'd still get the Cocoa Dune interior.

The wife's Cadillac SRX with very light leather will show blue stains from new jeans.

A bit of leather cleaner takes the stain right out, good as new.

I think if my clothes were leaving stains on my seats, vehicle or elsewhere, I'd be concerned about my clothes.  I wear blue jeans almost everyday and have a pair of black jeans for those formal occasions. ? I'd consider the Tan/Cocoa dune interior a bonus when considering a truck.  My son has it in his '14 High Country.  Three kids, two dogs and six years haven't hurt the looks!

This,  I have the same thing with my Cocoa/Dune interior.  Yes it gets a slight "bluish" color from my jeans but it always comes off easily with some cleaner.

Actually the High Country has a completely different leather on the seats than the LT/LTZ trucks.

My Wife's subaru with tan interior does it.  But the blue ALWAYS is able to be cleaned off.

Put running boards/steps on the truck if it doesn't have them, and then use them. My interior is black, so wasn't worried about color transfer. But, I was worried about wear and tear getting in and out, and my truck didn't have them. Installed a set, I use the step, and I'm not dragging my butt over the seat.

I have an 18 with cocoa dune.  Wear jeans 90% of the time.  Never an issue with mine

Thanks the truck does have the running boards. Good input
