If there’s only one reason to call CNN and MSNBC out for miss information that could harm people. Is there stand against hydroxychlorquine simply because Trump endorses it. Putting people at risk who have the misfortune of relying just on them for news. Shameful.

It's not because Trump endorses it, it's because the experts say there's not enough data to determine if it has medicinal value.  There's a reason Dr Fauci has served for numerous administrations, he's an expert, so I tend to place value in his opinion.

The good news is the hardest hit areas we haven't needed all the scary vents/ hospital beds/ etc. Its all been the latest edition of fake news. Still discrediting a drug that has worked for some and is being prescibed all over the country. Yet fake news claims it isn't safe on the basis that Trump mentioned it. Only Fox had the Dem Rep from Michigan to share her story that it potentially saver her life. To no surprise fake news will not cover a Dem politician giving credit to the president. Fake news also refuses to ask any questions about what really happened in China and are more focused on trying to figure out how to blame our President. Imagine that....China has an outbreak, 183 other countries are severely effected and....it's somehow Trump's fault. As of today, nowhere near the projected deaths are occurring, which you would think would be very encouraging for anyone living in this country. But no, fake news continues to have ex Obama officials on TV saying that we will be looked up for 18 months and this will go on forever. I despise anyone who is wishing this country to fail. Luckily for the country's sake 45 is at the helm and has made the fake news clowns look silly time and time again. USA, TRUMP2020, MAGA, KAG.

Doctors can prescribe whatever they want. There's currently no medical data that can verify if it's working. It takes longer than a few weeks to get FDA approval. I know this because my wife has CF and we've fought with insurance companies for years to get them to cover meds that studies had shown were medicinally effective but were still in the approval process so they wouldn't pay for them. Dr. Fauci, the lead doctor for the task force has reservations about its effectiveness.

Why is it that people want so badly to listen to Trump but not the experts that are advising him? Also, people are questioning the seriousness of this pandemic so why are they so worried about taking an unproven drug? Folks you can't have it both ways. Either this is serious enough to take an unproven drug which means it's also serious enough to warrant the social distancing measures and the partial shutdown, or its not so stop pushing an unproven drug that can have serious side effects.

Cuomo stressed the importance of saving even one life and was praised. Looks like Trump saved those three and they accuse him of having a financial interest in the drug...So easy to see but the lefts blind hate is scary at this point.

I bet the raving CNN MSNBC type of nuts haven't heard of any of these stories....I wonder why?

I've seen those stories. What medical proof do they have that the drug saved them? None, because the studies just started. I have just as much evidence that the orange Jello that they serve in hospitals saved their lives.

The drug is FDA approved and has been used for 50 years. And guess what, Dr Fauci isn't seeing patients in Michigan that I know of, so the lady from Michigan is getting her health care advise from an expert....Her Doctor. No body is pushing anything, people are trying to save lives. Did you take the time to watch any of it or just discard it because it was on Fox? Unbelievable lol

Trump didn't save them! The doctors and nurses did. Give credit to the medical professionals that are working everyday on the front lines.  They used a drug in a situation where the benefits outweighed the risk. That's just prudent. They have a hypothesis that it may work. Absolutely use it on the people that have no other option but don't risk lives until they've done there due diligence.

It's FDA approved for something else not Covid-19. You're referencing just Fox News stories is hypocritical when you claim that people only watching CNN are uninformed.  Once again, I'm watching the pressers and reading articles from various sources. I know CNN's late night hosts are biased just like Fox News' late night hosts.

but just 2 minutes ago you said there was no proof that it works and that is isnt FDA approved? Now you have a different reason why is shouldn't be considered. The lady from Michigan said she gave Trump credit for publicly acknowledging the drug and that is what prompted her to ask about it, not me. But obviously you didn't watch or read the story. I didn't say Trump literally saved anyone's life, I was speaking figuratively on all of those stories.

They have a hypothesis. There is no concrete proof yet. But if the person is going to die, then yes as a last resort that is a risk worth taking.  Nice try.

Fox is the only Tv channel covering it. You don't see a single cnn story about anyone recovering, yet a higher percentage are currently recovering than being infected. God for bid they put anything positive out on the Crisis. People are looking for something positive and those stories are all just that. But I get where you're coming from....Everything Trump is bad.
