My niece works at a funeral home, 3 bodies came in last week that they were told were covid deaths. They have to take different precautions with those bodies and its more of a hassle for them as well. Those 3 bodies were all changed 3 days later to different cause of death because their Covid tests came back negative. I highly doubt the numbers are being adjusted in those cases. When MN only has 39 deaths and one place alone has 3 cases like that it definitely smells like shat and it wouldn't be hard to believ there is much more of this happening.

Italy is also revising all of their deaths for very similar reasons. Doubtful that left wing media will cover any of that either.

I take high blood pressure medication. Have been for 30 years. It is safe but has side effects. Including a chance for kidney damage, weight gain, irregular heart beat among others. I’ve fought obesity all my life, I smell food I gain a pound. Some times I feel anxious, my heart rate just spiked. I have to keep my blood check now getting older for sighs of kidney or liver problems. My grandfather had high blood pressure. There’s was no medication available. We were all at his house on a Sunday when he suddenly died in his early 50s. I’m over 10 years pass his passing age. I’ll take the side effects. All medications have them.

Just like the fake news, some people won't open their eyes to anything and will continue to make excuses.....only because a certain person mentioned it. He might as well have called it rat poison. It's laughable at best to say there is no proof that it is working for people.

The senator /Dr from MN explained that in a video I posted, but I guess you discarded those already too.

No, I watched it last night when you posted it.  Why are you being so antagonistic?

Lots of people went over their skis over this. How can new Orleans be close to flatten the curve? Their mardi gras was after the Houston live stock rodeo. Houston shut it down. New Orleans didn’t. Houston is still slowly climbing. Turns out New York and New Orleans will have been able to handle their sick with out the out side help, or that much according to reports. This is what happens when doctors and the media run the show. I stand by my early post.

That goes both ways.  Other people will continue to make excuses for mistakes that have been made or things that have been said by a certain person.  We live in a very divided country right now and BOTH sides are responsible for it.  I miss John McCain, even though I didn't agree with some of his ideas he really understood the need for both sides to work together.

Are we taking part in a discussion or are we just going to go back and forth insulting each other because of our beliefs and values?

We are all being taken advantage of at this point and our lives are being ruined. Freedoms and rights have been taken from all of us and I do think everyone should be a at least a bit concerned about that. But you're right I digress. Just bothers me that so many people are ok with bending over and taking it.

more information to make your head spinnnnnnnnnn........ i do wonder, when we re-open  the USA  after the lock down, the virus will still be around. it's not just gonna go away, if it does slow it will only be back next season after the holidays. nothing will change. many jobs will now be lost, due to forced automation and robotics taking over because people are just spreading a flu/influenza bug, perfect takeover tactic

My daughter is a barber- hair stylist. They’re closed of course. She’s been a week trying to sign up for unemployment. Our system isn’t set up for this. It gives certain times to do it. Every time she tries it changes the time. I suspect the numbers are much higher.

There was a fella on the night news last evening who spent 5 HOURS on hold trying to get unemployment and then his call dropped. TWICE! :shakehead:

never thought it would actually happen in our country, but I foresee riots in the near future. You can't put people in this kind of situation and not expect people to take desperate measures.

I'm a cautious person, so taking these measures to ensure my family's health is worth it to me.  We all have our priorities and beliefs, so if you feel that your freedoms and rights have been taken then you have every right to be upset.  But not everyone views it the way that you do, and that's ok.  Each side has a different mindset on this.  Far left democrats are freaking out making it seem like the plague and it's not.  Far right republicans are freaking out making it seem like this is all a scheme to make the president look bad and it's not.

I prefer to ride somewhere down the middle.  I do believe that social distancing is necessary.  I don't think that all these businesses needed to close IF people could use common sense and follow the social distancing rules.  The problem is we have a high number of clueless people in this country that can't follow basic social distancing rules to ensure everyone's safety and health, and they ruin it for the rest of us.  Would I like to be able to safely go out and enjoy myself, yes.  But I can't because there's always people that just don't care and that's how we get into situations like this.  Case in point, just watch the videos of all the college kids on spring break talking about how they don't care about COVID-19 and that they're still gonna party.  Fast forward a few weeks, some of them contracted it and just endangered anyone they came in contact with that might have underlying conditions.

This country could be so much better if we all just used common sense, treated each other with respect, and didn't try to take advantage of others.  But I don't see this happening anytime soon.

When president says the sky is blue. The news organizations say he must have stock in the color blue. We’ll never be completely on the same page.

You have every right to do whatever it is that makes you comfortable. At what point do you say the coast is clear though? It should be left up to individuals what risks they take just as it has always been for my entire life. You and anyone else have the right to stay locked up for whatever duration you choose, no one can ever force you to go out and take any risk you aren't ok with. But those willing to take a calculated risk have lost the freedom to make that choice. If you don't see the problem with that than you aren't using common sense. Some people have financial situations that will allow them to get through this, others do not. Not considering those folks is selfish.
