Getting into the engine bay issues

I would like to patent a front end bumper that folds down into a giant step stool.

I went to test drive one of the New 2020's and simulated changing the oil and getting into the engine bay but it wasnt easy enough so i passed on it.

 

In all seriousness, I'm 5'9" and have no issues checking/changing the oil in my 2017 leveled Z71. Using the wheel as a step stool works out well.

 

Maybe these trucks should come with one of these bad boys

You poor thing.  I just did heads and a cam on my L86 with 4" of lift.  I pulled a folding chair over to stand on and got to work.  No need to complain to anybody just man up and do work.

All trucks these days are too dang high. Seems this started several years ago that each Mfg. has to go higher than the other every updated model. While you can get a 2" lifted factory truck I wish they made a 2" lowered truck.Bought a 2020 1500 and I was shocked how much bigger it was than my 2009
