Bought 2020 Sierra SLT with 5.3L eight days ago. Love it. Odometer just hit 500.  This afternoon on a short drive the check engine light blinked for about a minute then went away. Am going to watch for any other occurrences until Monday when I can use a scan tool at work to check code history. I am surely hoping this is not the beginning of a drawn out saga like you’re having, @SierraNoob.

Wonderful, well I'm still having issues, ecm and harness are being replaced, it's being considered a different issue since something new is being replace, I guess I'm going to have to get a lawyer because they are insisting on no buy back if this fixes the truck which has what has been said the last 3 times

I have a 2019 Silverado 1500 LT with the 5.3L and got a P0498 code. Changed the vent solenoid but didnt fix it, changed the purge valve solenoid but wasnt that either. Dealer is saying it is the fuel pump flow control module. Any idea where that is? Is it the same thing as fuel pump driver control module?
