Need advice to add charging

I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 with a full center console. My truck does not have wireless charging on the lid so my question is do i need to swap to a lid that has one or are there aftermarket plug and play kits i can install?

Save your money & buy some other wireless charger & set up where ever it's covenant. My '17 Silverado has it but it will not charge my phone with any case on it. Check youtube videos for info & issues.

2 options. 
 

first is get an aftermarket wireless charger and you can mod the lid for it to work, or just leave it visible on top. 
 

second is to source the wireless charging lid. The sizes are different for the charging pads, so you have to swap the whole lid. Get the 18+ charging module and you can charge iPhones with I’m the newer module.

@pgamboa can get you upgraded to an OEM wireless charging lid but like @rav3 said, depending on what phone you have, you may be better with other options if it's too big for the '18 wireless charging lid.

is the lid on the 2018+ going to fit right up? Also would i need to wire anything up specially or is it plug and play? I have a Note 9 but my passengers have iPhones so that would be nice
