Anyone have Amp Research Steps on the 19 or 20 Sierra 1500?

How is the fitment with the amps? I have heard of people complaining on other model trucks that it is not a flush fit an don’t fit evenly across the bottom of the truck! These steps are not cheap, I don’t mind paying but it has to be a solid setup! Plus I’m a little picky! [emoji1787]

One side sticks out a little farther than the other. It’s really not a big deal though. The body lines make them look weird since they don’t tuck away hidden under the truck. Again, not that big of a deal.

Yeah I did them myself. The be fair this is the third set I’ve installed but the first time was just as easy as the 3rd time. Only time you really need a 2nd person is when you put the boards on the brackets just because those little slide nuts in the board have a tendency to move out of alignment pretty easily.

I didn’t install them. Haven’t felt like I’ve needed them either. No one has missed the step in the dark haha, the interior lights are enough.

I am going to pull the trigger on the AMP steps here in the next week or so.  I've had them on my '15 Sierra and how zero problems with them.  They are a must have in my opinion.

Just found them cheaper elsewhere! Usually 1499 don’t seem to bad! I’d rather do it take my time an know it’s done rite an not half ass! Hardest part looks like routing the power wire! Should be a cake job!
