2018 Popping front end

I have 2018 Silverado 4×4 half ton. When I turn sharp it get a pop in front end. I can't duplicate it have tried. It dont do it all the time. Chevy has no clue.. Any Ideas

Ignoring the title, which I hope is a typo...   You don't have it in 4wd do you?  That could cause that.

There was a service bulletin to re-torque the front crossmember for this issue. Did they look into this?

So the dealer has no idea when they have it in front of them so how is the internet thousands of miles away with a vague description going to crack this? I would figure out when/what exactly the scenario is that causes it and take it back to the dealer and duplicate it for them.

ball joints can go after 30k... do you feel it in the steering wheel at all?

Make sure that the steering rack is tight where it mounts to the frame.
