How to add 2 more inches rear lift?

Hey guys, I have an 06 2500HD. I have a 6" RC lift with slight torsion crank and an add a leaf in the rear (5+1). I have the bed off and am restoring frame right now and figured it a good time to play more lol.

 

I would really like to add another 2 inches to the rear and then crank my tbars a bit more. Curious what my best option would be ( keeping it budget friendly). My 37s clear but added fender flares rub on turns with any articulation. I saw there are 5.5" blocks out there and know I could add another leaf ( at the expense of ride quality) or possibly air bags. Thoughts??
