tail gate light Bar failure

About two months ago went to a local shop to install a Rampage Tail light bar on my 2021 GMC SLT Sierra .A week ago i started to have problems i believe are direct link tot he install. When i apply the brake my rear camera comes on then immediately switches to the radio display the switches to the station I'm listening to, i does this every time i brake its annoying on a new truck.  Then when  i signal to make a left turn my Left rear indicator failure display comes on. i love the light bar and have not installed anything else on the truck. The dealer looked at the signal light and the mechanic said  it would likely be a light bulb would be out to indicate the failure. He did notice the harness and said it most likely will be the installation of the harness for light bar. The Shop is still telling me that its not there work it was done correctly. I'm insisting on a new harness

Easy to prove out, disconnect the light bar, if the problem continues go to dealer, if it does not go to install shop.

Looks like you're pulling power directly from the RV plug harness?  must be some seriously high intensity LEDs.  btw...rampage doesn't advertise this bar for this application.  I think you're going to have to isolate this bar from vehicle with multiple relays for this to work.  Or....
