High Country DRL's Worse?

Has anyone else noticed that the Silverado High Country DRL's are different than the other models? They are not as bright or as defined/sharp.

Just thought this was interesting...I'd think that the High Country would get something better if anything. But they seem inferior; at least in my opinion.

I have not noticed any difference in the DRL's but your headlamps and high beams are much brighter than the LED's in the LTZ.  I searched and the wiring is the same so if I keep my truck I will buy a set of High Country lamps.

          Headlamps, LED reflector (high intensity) with LED signature curtain Daytime Running Lamps
On RST -  Included and only available with (WGQ) Redline Edition. 
On LT TB -  Included and only available with (WJP) Midnight Edition.

Yeah, the LED signature curtain Daytime Running Lamps have a wider illumination footprint and lens than the standard Silverado DRL.  I have no way to measure the relative output, i suspect its about the same amount of light, however over a larger area, so it may appear less bright. I like the HC DRL, it fits that area of the grill better.

Makes sense... I have an LT TB but have the Midnight Edition
