17' GMC 6.2 Supercharged Crank case seal leak

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I have a 2017 GMC Sierra 6.2. I have a whipple with long tubes and a dyno tune. I have been having a problem with the crank case seal. It started to leak a month ago. Im guessing from boost in the crank case? The truck has 55,000 miles. The charger has only been on 5,000 miles. I got the seal fixed today, and it started dumping oil again from the same area. Is there anything that I can do to prevent the seal to leak? Or is that how it is since it is boosted? I wouldn't think I would be having oil leak problems so soon even with it supercharged. Any input helps. Thanks

i would get a vented breather for the valve covers, look on youtube, theres a guy on there from mexico did a vented moroso valve cover system for our trucks.. something is jacked up on your install, not venting the crank case and blowing out seals, contact the installer of the kit
