Just took my shop to the dealership today to have the Kicker sub + DSP amp, EGR vent visors and bedside 4x4 emblems installed.

I normally do all my own installs but work has been running me ragged so I figured I’d leave it to the pros.

I dropped my truck off first thing at 7am today and they weren’t done with it until 5pm. It was already pulled out front and I didn’t get to speak to anyone from the service department, just the cashier.

Look at where they put the badges!

I’ve left a voicemail saying I’d like them removed and installed in their proper location at the rear of the bed. Am I out of line to expect to be taken care of here?

At least they left you some chocolate milk on your bumper.

Agreed, you assumed the dealers were pro's.  I can almost guarantee  that you had some kid straight from UTI who normally does the oil changes put that sticker on.  I feel for you though, every time I take my vehicle in to a dealership they mess it up somehow and it never comes back in as good a condition as when I dropped it off.

I would have them redo the sticker install and ask to speak to the individual doing it so they know exactly where you want it.  Once you have an individual's name and they know they will be held accountable, their work often times gets significantly better.
