4.3L Turbo

So I bought a 4.3L last year and now I want a little more power. Not that it's bad just want to see if I can get more out of this V6. Are there Turbo options for the v6? Anythoughts or suggestions on engine mods? I've seen some dual exhausts options but that's about it.

Not turn key that I know of. There is a guy on You Tube that has done one but I haven't seen an update in quite awhile.

There are no tuning options available for the 4.3's in that body style truck.
