If it wasn't for a crossover toolbox trumping a rack, I would have chosen this... https://accessories.gmc.com/product/safety-rack-by-backrack™-associated-accessories-19419335?year=2022&make=GMC&model=Sierra 3500 HD&modelId=6581&body=Crew Cab Pickup&bodyId=22&wheel=Long Box&wheelId=157&trim=Denali&trimId=577&drive=4WD&driveId=8&engine=6.6L V8 DIESEL&engineId=17460&bodyNumDoors=5
redwngr Posted January 2, 2022 Posted January 2, 2022 (edited) I don't have a headache rack, and my crossbed box is currently in storage, but there are solutions that will permit both. Some will also work with a tonneau https://magnumtruckracks.com/blog/no-drill-truck-headache-rack-installation Edited January 2, 2022 by redwngr
TheElementalCashew Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 I purchased a Magnum over Black Friday for my AT4, but no pics because I haven't installed it yet. Supposedly they are compatible with all the third brake light cameras.
Mic_ Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 just curious outside of the cool factor, what benefits does a rack offer.... I do not own one so so not know.

kbryant5 Posted January 5, 2022 Author Posted January 5, 2022 Rear window protection. It is very useful when trying to pack the truck with the kids bikes, grills, coolers, and all the other crap the wife has to bring with us camping..... 1
