Wipers operating slow

Hi:

My windshield wipers are running slow and at the same (slow) speed on all settings.

Is this a shot wiper motor?  If so is it a diy replacement?

Could be the whole thing is binding up or the motor is on it's way out. You'd need to inspect both to make sure.

 

You can do it yourself if you have the tools and time to do it. I'm sure there are few video's on youtube about it.
