No 3rd and 4th gear.

So lost 3rd and 4th gear. I replaced the A and B solenoid and filter still no 3rd and 4th gear. When I'm driving in 2nd gear RPMs are high and when throw it into 3rd the RPMs drop to 3rd gear RPMs but throttle does nothing. I push on the gas and it acts like it's in neutral. So I can drive fine in D until it hits 3rd gear then it acts like neutral. Manual shift from 1-2 is fine. The 2-3 nothing like it's in N .. but RPMs drop down. Why do the RPMs drop and acts like it shifted into 3rd but it doesn't.
