long tube headers vibrating on frame between 80-85

i have a 2018 silverado 1500 with the 5.3 and speed engineering LT headers and at a higher rpm or between 80-85 i can feel my headers touching and vibrating on my frame. has anyone else had this issue? i read one forum where if you replace the motor mounts the problem is fixed

ball peen hammer a dent into the headers where they touch the frame

Give it some heat from a torch and massage it a bit.

so you have the same issue on the driver side that i do. i guess im gonna have to take them off this weekend and do this

also Speed Engineering's line is "replace motor mounts" a crock of ****** that is

Yup. Just beat it a lil at a time. Make sure you get some new OEM gaskets.

Because that normally is the problem.
