Just wanted to make sure people have something to reference, my 2020 Z71 2500HD completely stock with stock wheels fits Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35x12.5 with no rubbing at all forward or reverse.

Right - they will fit because you didn't change the rim size, 35's rub when you also go with new rims with a greater offset.

I am running 18x9 +18 Method NV HDs with no rubbing and 35x12.5 K02s... They don't poke like crazy no, but a blanket statement saying any new rim size will rub is incorrect.

Right your 9 inch rims don't rub, makes sense, for me putting bigger tires on a standard width rim seemed pointless. But to each there own

Not really pointless, you can widen the offset with 20x9's, go with a larger tire (say a 295/65/20 with roughly a +12 offset wheel) and have no rubbing stock.

A lot of people like bigger tires for looks and appearance without the silly wide rims (that deter from said looks and appearance)

But to each their own I guess... was just saying that it works.

I agree, I love seeing all the different looks of people's trucks, that's how I get to know what I personally like and don't like.  But they are all cool
